Ich kann das Produkt nicht bewerten da es nie bei mir angekommen ist. Der Verkäufer hatte zwar angeboten nach langem hin und her eine neue Sendung zu verschicken aber nachdem das ganze schon 2 Monate lief hatte ich da keine Lust mehr drauf. Etsy hat mir das Geld erstattet. Und damit ist es für mich erledigt.

I never received this item._x000D_ _x000D_ However, I still give 5 stars because I truly believe it was through no fault of the seller themselves. In fact, I think their customer service is on-point_x000D_ _x000D_ I explained the situation and the seller, Stepan, and he was very apologetic and understanding and even offered to send me another identical item at their expense._x000D_ _x000D_ I was frustrated dealing with the parcel service in my country so I ultimately requested a refund for the item, but, to his credit, he did issue it and I, as a customer, felt I was made whole_x000D_ _x000D_ I understand these things happen sometimes and it was definitely a first for me, but hopefully the shipping goes a bit more smoothly next time I shop at their store!
