We’ll ship your order within 3-10 working days carefully packed (we ship orders ASAP, but sometimes we need some time to make as our ear cuffs are truly handmade).

Be aware that shipment can take from 10 to 60 business days depending on your country, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by post or customs services. Please order in advance.
International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs charges, taxes & additional postage fees.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not sure if an ear cuff will fit you, just send a photo of your ear by email to info@tannybunny.com, and we’ll gladly help you to choose a suitable ear cuff. With our 10 years’ experience, we can do it by the photo!
But we also accept returns and exchanges. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and dispatch the item within 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
