The cuff is small enough that the design isn’t easily visible so if that is important to you, get the bigger size. That being said, I LOVE mine. I’m a fitness/dance instructor, I have worn this basically every day since receiving it a few weeks ago, and it does not move it does not come off and I’ve never had to worry about it. Getting it on is a bit of a skill, I like to slide it up my earlobe to my cartilage so I don’t weaken it by bending the metal over and over. Hurts for an instant when you slide it over the cartilage but no big deal. I will definitely be back.
